Introduction: Our client needed components delivered within an incredibly short timeframe – just 10 days to produce components for 9 exhibits.
Challenge: Managing the efforts of 45 dedicated individuals who employed 10 CNC machines, 15 analog machines, and numerous hand tools to complete the project.
Solution: We leveraged proven production processes and our team’s expertise to rise to the challenge and deliver exceptional results.
Result: This exhibit has been replicated in 9 locations throughout the European Union. Visitors are captivated by the unexpected difference in speed and acceleration between two identical cylinders, one with an added load of mass distributed on a small diameter and the other on a large diameter, as they race freely down an incline. Constructed from durable plywood and sleek satin-finished stainless steel, as well as skillfully crafted turned and milled stainless steel and POM elements, this exhibit enables visitors to explore the physics of acceleration in a distinctive and engaging manner.
